Description
Five Bedrooms - FOUR Baths - TWO OFFICES - Big Cellar -
If you are looking for a cookie-cutter track house, this is NOT the place for you. The original home dates from the 20's and it has been added to and modernized as the decades have rolled by. There is no other house like this.
So, with the character you get some quirks, too. If quirks bother you, please look elsewhere.
(You gotta go see the this page to see what kind of neighborhood this is.
http://www.ChosewoodNEXT.com)
A nice quirk is the 6th bedroom. Not really a bedroom. But an office up the stairs with it's own full bath. The kind of quirk that some people really like.
Other quirks?
The HUGE laundry room is down a long unheated corridor.
Is that quirky enough for you?
Well the stair to the big cellar is in the hall with a trap door.
Are your quirked-out yet?
Really, This is a load of house for the money. But it is definitely not a cookie-cutter track house.
Quiet streets in a diverse neighborhood.
If you have a bunch of roommates, a small family, children, pets. If you need a yard. See this newly renovated house. There is a great place here for you.
There actually SIX bedrooms. One is upstairs (the 2nd Office).
AND, there is a big cellar. Great for Sharknado Refuge, and for your garage band, or workshop (actually, it's not the best workshop. Ceiling is kinda low, and access is inside the house. And it can get damp in heavy rain. Oh!)
OUR HOMES ARE OCCUPIED. To protected the quiet enjoyment by our clients, DO NOT try to see the interior before arranging for an appointment with our realtor colleague, Brian. We take our client's privacy and security very seriously, and you can expect the same consideration when you are our client. If you do disturb our client, we not be able to rent to you.
When you go to visit the neighborhood, please be sure to go to the end of Nolan St. There is a wonderful city park there.
Thanks. I hope you like the area. We look forward to hearing from you.
