There is a Laundry room located on the 1st floor with Coin Operated Machines for tenants to use. This building is located walking distance from close by shopping stores. Walk able distance from Mount Vernon's board walk and from the City's Street fair in the summers!
It is also right on Skagit Transits Bus Line for transportation. The parking is all on street and you would need to get a Parking permit with the City Hall that is right down the street.
