If you start your lease by September 1st and this occurs, you will be allowed to break your lease, without penalty by providing at least 60 days written notice.
One Month Free Rent; If a lease is signed through 7/31/2021 (option to renew available), Premium Properties will give you one month of FREE rent (November 2020)!
