The building: very clean and maintained well by an awesome Property Manager, as well as a Resident Manager who lives on site. Coin operated washers and dryers in the building are available to use 24 hours per day. State of the art digital surveillance system.

Qualified applicants will have established a good credit history, have at least two good references from prior landlords, and meet minimum income requirements (2.5x the monthly rent in gross income for one occupant, or 3x the monthly rent in combined gross income for two occupants). Co-signers will not be accepted.
