Located just steps away from the shops and restaurants of downtown Pacific Grove, the residence is an easy walk to the beach, golfing and the Monarch Butterfly groves. Just a few blocks away, the bay has kayaking, boating and hiking on a bay-side trail. The Monterey Bay Aquarium is an enjoyable 1.3 mile walk. But once inside this exquisite home that sleeps nine adults and three children, you may not want to go anywhere else.
Living room: Wood-burning fireplace, 50-inch HDTV and built-in surround sound system.
Kitchen: Italian marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas range, warming drawer, built-in espresso machine, wine refrigerator, and a Sub-Zero refrigerator.
Dining room table seats 10.
