No evictions in the last 5 years/ No active bankruptcies/No Utility Collections -
(gas/water/power/sewer/trash/cable) / No Payday Loan Collections
Please be prepared to pay the $65 non-refundable application fee.

Applicant(s) is required to physically inspect premises, both interior and exterior, prior to submitting an application. Each ADULT over the age of 18 must submit a SEPARATE rental application and application fee.
As our office represents the best interests of the Homeowner, we and the owner reserve the right to collect multiple applications and select the BEST QUALIFIED. If your application is not accepted over another applicant, we do not refund your application fee. Applications take between 3-5 BUSINESS days to process which mostly depends on how quickly we can get your Verification of Employment and Landlord Verification returned to us.
TENANT(S) TO PROVIDE A COPY OF THEIR RENTERS INSURANCE DECLARATION AT LEASE AGREEMENT CLOSING IF APPROVED. BRING PROOF OF DOCUMENTATION AT CLOSING.
