Rental Criteria:
Applicant must have 2 years of good, verifiable rental history
No evictions in 5 years
No money owed to past landlords.
Must make at least 3X unit rent in income (before taxes)
No felonies in the last 5 years. If any prior to 5 years, no misdemeanors since then.
