• Renter's Insurance is REQUIRED – should be ~$10-15/month. Must show proof of insurance within 30 days after lease signing
• Most felonies will not be approved if obtained in last ~2 years – some exceptions for non-violent
• No previous collections for utilities – People’s Gas, ComEd, etc… - some exceptions apply
