Our apartment homes come complete with carpet, vinyl, and window treatments throughout and emergency pull cords in the bedroom and bathroom. And to sweeten the deal a little more, your only utility bill is electricity, we pay gas, water, and trash collection. Onsite amenities include a community room, a coin-operated laundry facility and management is onsite two days a week, with emergency maintenance on call 24/7/365. The rental rate advertized is the average amount our current residents pay, however, your rate will vary based upon your income, your rent could be as a little as $25 or as much as $732.
