In order to rent one of our properties you need the following requirements:
Proof of steady income (recent paystubs), employment letter, +650 credit score, a positive screening report , a positive rent payment history and get renter's insurance. Please, let us know if you are an international student/visitor or first time renter. Students will need a co-signer (parents).
