Each 1 bedroom home is approximately 625 sqft and rent is $1,139/month plus each tenant pays $35/month as a water/sewer/utility supplement. Tenants are responsible for their own electric bills (lighting and heating) and any phone or Internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling and water/sewer. We will require strong rental history, good credit and a $1,139 partially-refundable security deposit ($150 is a carpet cleaning fee). One or two cats are acceptable with pet rent. Sorry, no dogs.
