Units start at $905 per month and includes gas, heat, water, sewer, trash, recycling, and parking. Residents would be responsible for electric and any wifi/cable options you should want. The security deposit is $850 deposit and we have a $45 application fee. Pet fees apply if applicable.

We are not a low income or government assisted property. However, we will work with any assistance program as long as you qualify through the application process (see below).
What is the parking situation?
Each apartment has one assigned carport and one open parking spot. Some units also include a fully enclosed garage with opener.
Do I need to apply before I can see the property?
No, we do not require that you apply before you visit the apartment. With that being said… our apartments tend to lease quickly. If you are worried about missing out on a property, we highly recommend you apply.
I’d like to see an apartment. Can I stop by for a tour?
We’d love to schedule a tour for you! Our leasing staff runs between multiple properties throughout Grand Rapids so be sure to call and schedule a tour ahead of time or schedule a tour directly from our website.
