- Village Green Phase I & 3 Apartments are for individuals of all ages. We offer one, two, and three-bedroom units with energy-saving appliances, doors, and windows! We've also updated the flooring, cabinetry, landscaping, lighting, and more! The spacious living room allows for comfort and has space for a table to enjoy meals.  
- Village Green Phases 2,4,5 are designed for those 62 years of age and older or disabled, regardless of age. 

- There is on-site laundry for each phase in a shared community room.  All utilities are INCLUDED at Village Green Phase I. 

Landscaping, lawn care, snow removal, and 24-hour emergency maintenance are also included for all of Village Green.
