This condo has a double-sized lanai, perfect for sipping your morning coffee while watching the sunrise, relaxing with a good book or visiting with family/friends, and don't forget the sunsets! Whale season runs mid Dec to mid April, enjoy whales sightings from the lanai. Island Surf has a swimming pool open to all guests. Unassigned Parking for one vehicle only.
All the comforts of home including comfortable beds, A/Cs in living room and master bedroom, and a large flat screen TV in the living room. The master bedroom also has a TV.
Enjoy meals prepared in this fully stocked kitchen with all appliances including a new oven and refrigerator. Also, new toilets recently installed in the bathrooms, and new curtains in the first bedroom.
Easily walk to restaurants, pubs, the grocery store, and shops in minutes. Our condominium is so well located that sometimes we don't even use the car for several days.
