Super cute, furnished, studio cabins (no bedrooms), full bath with running water, shower, toilet, etc. These units DO NOT have a full kitchen. The kitchen area has a sink, small dorm size fridge, microwave. There is NOT a stove or oven. Hot plates cannot be used but crock pots or electric skillets are ok. Coin-operated laundry at hotel for use. TV & Cable included, internet is NOT included. Security deposit of $595.00 plus first months rent to move in. Sorry absolutely NO pets and no smoking
Utilities: Tenant pays natural gas/heat (approximately $80-$150 per month). Water, Sewer, Electric included in rent, dumpster on site for trash.

Video tour shows rental with summer items such as linens, towels, bedding and furniture items that are removed during winter rental.
***Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic and new Alaska state mandates, we are not performing "in person" showings on occupied rental properties without an approved application already submitted.
