COSTS: There is a $300 utility fee that pays for all utilities, plus streaming TV subscription, wifi, trash and landscaping. In addition, there is a $240 non refundable cleaning fee, a refundable security deposit equal to one month of rent, and a 3.5% monthly admin fee. Renters insurance required.
TENANT PAID UTILITIES None outside of the utility fee mentioned above unless unless they are over reasonable amount (this amount is stated in the Rental Agreement)
