* Credit: Must have a minimum FICO score of 700. CONDITIONAL approval with FICO score between 650 and 700 with an additional deposit of $700.

* Income: Must have (a) verifiable gross income of at least 2.5 times the rent per month, and/or (b) total monthly expenses (including rent, car payment, credit card bills, student loans, debt, etc.) must not exceed 50% of gross income, and/or (c) proof of $50,000 in savings.

* Positive work and housing references (all references will be contacted).
