Policy and procedure
1) Each adult 18 years older must fill out an application have valid picture identification and a valid email address and contact number.
2) View the unit
3) Each Rental Applicant must pay a $50.00 application fee for each adult 18 years in order to run a criminal and credit background check.
4) Based on 1st come 1st bases meaning the first approved applicants to pay the Security Damage Deposit
Secures the Apartment Unit.
5) Paid Accepted Applications will be placed on a waiting list and held for 2 months for other possible units under Opportunity Realty LLC
6) Once the security deposit is paid we can schedule a day for you to move in.
