Welcome to Haleiwa Sunshine, located just 1 block from iconic Sunset Beach! This 1,620 sq. ft home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, with a tranquil backyard filled with tropical plants, papaya, banana and avocado trees. An ideal place to explore the North Shore of Oahu, also known as the 7 Mile Miracle. After a day of activity (or just lounging), relax in the backyard hot tub or whip up dinner on the gas grill.

You probably won't need the A/C with the nice coastal breezes this close to the beach. Even so, while centralized air conditioning is rare in island homes of this size, we have remote controlled Fujitsu wall units in the living area & bedroom 3 to cool the house. We also have ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and living spaces.

Take one of our 3 beach cruiser bikes to explore the abundant surf spots (Oct-Apr), numerous eateries, shops and beloved nooks and crannies of the North Shore. Nearby surf spots include: Sunset, Backyards, Kammieland, Rocky Point, Waimea Bay, and the world-famous Banzai Pipeline. Other activities include snorkeling, stand up paddling, hiking, golf, personal indulgence at the Turtle Bay resort spa (5 minutes), and cultural tours.

We are located on the beach side of the road just 1 block from the sand. Haleiwa Sunshine is located in the small neighborhood of Sunset beach known as Sunset point. The house is just 1 block from the public beach access of Sunset beach. It is conveniently located near the bike path giving you safe access to all the North Shore's famous surf breaks by walking or biking.

Enjoy cooking in our fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need for your vacation. There are 3 tall chairs for the kitchen bar and a 6-person dining room table.

We have a dining room table that seats 6 and also 3 tall chairs at our kitchen bar counter. The outdoor table on the covered lanai seats 4.

Our garden includes birds of paradise, hibiscus, red ginger, avocados, and fruit trees. Adding to the tranquility, we have tropical and gold fish. Linger on the front porch, enjoy the mountain view, birds of paradise and tropical plants.
