You must have a positive rental history of at least one year. We will conduct a credit, criminal, eviction history, and rental reference check. Maximum Two Pets With Breed Restrictions. Only cats and dogs are allowed. Dogs are allowed without a weight limit. Aggressive breed dogs restricted - call for details. Additional rent $50/pet and additional security deposit $500/pet.
Acquiring new pets or replacing deceased pets is prohibited without permission from landlord and new pet agreement signed.
