* Rental history must be clean (if you have eviction or broken lease and approved we would require double deposit must be able to pay in full prior to move in.
* Criminal history is case by case
* Pets are case by case. No pets over 25 lbs. (if approved we require $250 non refundable pet deposit)
* Application are good for 30 days and are transferable to any property on our website.
