Upon Entering the great room (which offers a bright an airy open floor plan) you will notice the vaulted white wood beam ceiling. This room offers ceiling fan, as well as a window air-conditioner for complete cooling and NO complex circulated air. We also offer call maintenance (typically taking care of all minor issues within 24 hours) along with consistent cleaning of common areas. Parking on site and/or on Hermosa Ave. with a guest parking pass. Sleep in a very comfortable King bed with lovely furnishings throughout. Furnishings always kept in great condition or they are replaced. If here for work you will enjoy our high speed internet and designated work-space. All amenities are well thought out for all your vacation and corporate needs. All of our apts. are deep cleaned & sanitized with UV-C light rays of light killing more than 99% of bacteria, molds and viruses on surfaces (inc. furniture, walls, ceilings and fixtures), but also those in the air. This allows our guests/tenants the peace of mind to enter their home after we use our safe and powerful UV-C sanitizing devices.
