If you like the property you can apply on line or pick up an applications when you return the key. Application fee is $65 for the first adult over 18 and $85 for two adults over the age of 18. Any additional adults file a separate application at $65 each.
This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom mobile is now available. Vinyl flooring throughout, central heating & air conditioning, mini-blinds, and appliances make this home efficient and nearly maintenance free. Landscaping/lawn care is included in the rent, but tenants are responsible for all other utilities, to include electricity, water, sewer, and trash. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED.
Tenants must have Renters Liability Insurance either through us or through their own insurance company. Ours is $14.00 a month added to your monthly rental. This is NOT Renters Insurance to cover your belongings. Renters Liability Insurance covers the home in the event you accidentally set the home on fire. It is two separate insurance issues and we will be glad to explain in more detail.
There is a $750.00 Security Deposit required. This is not used for last months rent. It is for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
