Perfect Vacation Getaway - This lovely second-floor condo, with elevator access, is the perfect get-a-way for your family or large group. With four bedrooms and four baths there is room for everyone. Main areas are spacious with plenty of seating space. Large full kitchen has views to the great room. Long dining table provides seating for larger families or groups. From the master bedroom, step out on to one of several screened-in lanai areas. Lanais have wooded, water, and golf course views. Spacious laundry area has a folding counter and full-size washer and dryer. Mini bar and gas fireplace are additional pluses for this beautiful vacation get-a-way! Enjoy the beautiful Florida climate from your lanai or around the community pool. The community gym is nearby if you want to get some indoor exercise. Please note: For the safety of our guests we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. Also, while there is elevator access to this condo, it is not ADA compliant. This property offers the Roku Channel.

We love animals but the association has strict rules that must be followed. Service animals must be disclosed in advance. Guest agrees to complete required pet screening, submit photos and vaccine records at least 7 days prior to guests’ arrival for HOA approval. Service animals are not allowed to be left unattended.

On day of check in you will receive lockbox instructions. This is a gated community and all drivers must be on the gate list. All over-night guests must be added prior to arrival.

Nestled in the heart of World Golf Village near the World Golf Hall of Fame and IMAX Theater, The Residences is situated on the 8th hole of the award-winning championship Slammer & Squire Golf Course. Five minutes down the road you will find another award-winning championship course…The King & Bear. Onsite you have access to a heated outdoor pool and a fitness center. Nearby, long term guests also have access to the King & Bear lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis courts, and additional amenities (all subject to COVID restrictions). The Circles of Wellness Spa, great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall are about five to seven minutes away. Only twenty minutes away you will find sandy white sparkling beaches and historic Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.

To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend your own vehicle, but for those who prefer walking there are some area restaurants 1.5 to 2.5 miles away.
