The property is situated on 13 acres. We have a swimming pool, a fitness center, 2 playgrounds and 2 pet parks! We are a newer community, built in 2005. Our apartments are very energy efficient making the utilities very reasonable. And who doesnt need a little extra pocket cash right now?!? We use Insight for our cable and internet services.



All of our apartments have private entrances and we provide a washer and dryer for you. We have two floor plans available. The first is a downstairs where you walk into your open sunlit living area. The open floor plan allows for you to choose any set up you wish. The kitchen is tucked away to the side with a dishwasher, garbage disposal and your washer and dryer. The master suite has a walk-in closet. There is plenty of storage space with a pantry in the kitchen, a linen closet in the hallway, a coat closet as you walk in the front door and your own private locking storage located on your patio.



The second floor plan is an upstairs unit with a townhome feel to it. After coming in your private entrance you would walk into the foyer and up the stairs into your living area. All of our apartments have 3 cable outlets in the living room to allow for any set up!
