This is a one-bedroom apartment on the third floor rear of the building .You enter into the living room. Typically a sofa is placed in the middle to face a non-working fireplace.on the north wall. On the south wall is a door leading to a small balcony; it gets loads of morning sunlight.. The floors are hardwood,and the bedroom and living room has dark word trim. A small room adjoins the living room: it is the kitchen. To the east of the living room is the bedroom. It too has hardwood floors. Finally adjoining the bedroom is the bathroom with a tub shower.



Laundry facilities are available free of charge in the basement of the building. The building is quiet. We are pet friendly.

Gas and electric or separately metered to the apartment. It is the Lessee’s responsibility to

open his or her own account and pay the bills.

The house is half a block from the Drexel campus and 300 feet from the shops on

Lancaster Avenue. It is a safe

area: Drexel Police and Drexel

Public Safety routinely patrol the area.
