This first floor provides three large bedrooms, all with walk-in closets, ceiling fans and TVs. The ocean side bedroom has a queen bed and a full bath with tub and shower combination. This bedroom also has access to a large ocean side balcony, complete with seating and a brand new hot tub. The sound side bedroom on this level will comfortably accommodate five on a pyramid bunk and twin bunk beds. This bedroom has a private balcony, which provides views of the Sound to the rear of the home. The center bedroom on this level offers a cozy queen bed.

As you take the stairs up to the main living level, you’ll find another large bedroom facing the Sound. The second master is beautifully decorated, and boasts a king bed and private bathroom. There is a ceiling fan, TV, and a large walk-in closet for all your clothing and beach items. This bedroom also has access to its own private balcony overlooking the Sound.

Now, as you take the stairs up to the top level, you will enter the master suite—and what a suite it is! The top floor is dedicated to the master suite, providing the perfect escape for family members after a day of togetherness. The suite boasts a king bed, along with a double futon for extra guests. Relax upstairs and enjoy the game room, equipped with a Foosball table, or take in the views from the private balcony directly facing the beautiful sparkling Atlantic Ocean. On the balcony, you’ll find two extra tall captain’s chairs and towering views approximately 35 feet high above the ocean side sand dunes.
