The townhouse is approximately 950 square feet with rent of $1,195 per month. Tenants are responsible for their own water bills, electric bills and any phone or Internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling and maintenance of the washer-dryers (aside from tenant-caused damage).

We will require strong rental history, good credit, and a $1,195 partially-refundable security deposit ($150 is a non-refundable carpet cleaning charge). No last month's rent deposit is required.
