Annabelle’s is a charming, contemporary farmhouse with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a separate office that sleeps 4 on a tree-lined cul-de-sac 1 block from the Sonoma town plaza. It has designer furnishings, a wraparound porch with comfortable furniture overlooking a private rose garden and fountain where you can watch the birds while you enjoy your morning coffee/tea or evening glass of wine. This home offers a true indoor/outdoor experience and also has a gas-burning fireplace to warm the home on cooler nights. No smoking!
The master bedroom and bath is large with a king-sized bed, 2 closets, a safe and is on the second floor so two couples or families with children can have privacy. The master bath has both a shower and a tub. The home also has 2 separate air conditioning/heating systems to allow you to cool or heat the floors separately. There are comfortable mattresses and high-quality linens with TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and the bath has a deep soaking tub.
