It is 1 block from Gimme Coffee on Cayuga St and 4 blocks from the Ithaca Commons. This is a quiet, one-way street with tons of character and charm. This apartment will be available January 1, 2021. We are open to leases that will end in the summer - so, 6 month and 18 month leases, as well as 12 month leases. (Note that this is not available for short-term rental (less than 4 months) although some websites are tagging it as such.
All utilities (heat, electric, water, sewer) are included.
Hardwood floors, tiled bathroom and kitchen, modern kitchen cabinetry, granite countertop, and dishwasher. A shared screened-in balcony overlooks the creek.
No laundry in the building but there is a laundromat right around the corner on Cayuga St. Other tenants are quiet and respectful of neighbors.
One off-street parking space is available for an additional $25/month. Because of COVID-19 we are not conducting any live showings at this time. If you are interested, please text or email and we can send you the rental application. We should also have a video tour available soon. A $1000 security deposit is due at signing of the lease. First month's rent is due prior to move-in.
