The apartment faces South and West for that winter sun goodness. It also has a small porch access for enjoying the Ithaca weather.The building is located in the building opposite Luna Street Food. It is also opposite Cornell parking and has a bus stop within 100 feet. It is a 10-15 min walk to Central Campus otherwise. The building can be accessed from the front and the back and has trash and coin-op laundry on site. The back door faces a driveway for easy access from Willard Street.Gas, water, and heating are included in the lease; only have to pay for the internet and electricity. The rent is $730 per month for a 12 year lease. There is also an annual trash fee of $240.We are two undergraduate students in Cornell University looking for a third roommate.
