Upgraded Spacious Studio - Spacious Studio located in the city of Long Beach in a gated building. Unit is down stairs, with vinyl plank flooring through out, custom paint, blinds, newer kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops, bathroom was just upgraded, gas stove.
TERMS:
Lease: 6 month
Utilities: Owner pays for Water and sewer
Parking: Street parking ONLY
Laundry: On-site
Pets: NO
Key Check-Out Procedure: Reception will hold a refundable deposit ($30.00 cash or Credit/Debit upon return of keys) and photocopy your ID to a key-checkout agreement that you will sign. There is a limit of 3 keys at a time with 40min per key, location depending. Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 3:30pm, Saturday 9:00am – 3:30pm (closed from 12pm – 1pm for lunch). **All keys must be returned to the office by 4:30pm.**
