Failure to take possession of the property on your Lease Start Date will make your Security Deposit non-refundable.
If approved, there is also a one time Administrative Fee of $125.00 per property.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO KNOW IF I AM APPROVED OR NOT?
It typically takes 24 to 48 hours but you must see the home FIRST!

The deposit is the same as 1 -2 month's rent.
