This is a bicycle-friendly apartment building. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.
Please note that there is an additional fee of $9.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to your personal possessions.
