The home is conveniently located off of Cloud Springs Rd. and has easy access to Costco, Cabela's and I-75. Savannah Springs offers its residents both seclusion and accessibility. It’s nestled quietly in the heart of Fort Oglethorpe. Minutes to an array of restaurants, shopping, Hamilton Place Mall, Downtown Chattanooga, and recreation are all within a ten mile radius. No noisy breezeways or neighbors above or below you, as well as upfront parking right at your door! It is also in an award winning school district.! Our application fee is $39 per person that will be living in the home that is 18 years of age and older. We accept service animals and ESAs with documentation from physician. Must gross three times to the monthly rent amount to qualify income. Utilities are separate, trash and monthly pest control is included with the rental price. The security deposit is one month's rent. This property does not accept section eight vouchers.
