Description
Hollow Creek Haven - This is an awesome place. I've lived here for 4 years and, if I wasn't moving in with my girlfriend in a new place, I'd stay right here. This cozy 2 story duplex is located within walking distance of Zilker Park ( min) and Barton Springs (5 min). It's also very close to the greenbelt for any rock climbers/nature lovers out there. It is a quick 5 min drive to UT Campus and a even shorter and cheap Uber to downtown/6th Street. It's quite handy for Blues on the Green and ACL festival. The porch is backed up to woods, which buffers most road noise out for a peaceful sleep.
Side note, fiber has been ran to the house so, enjoy the 1 Gb/s Internet :-)
About the house:
Vaulted-ceiling living room. Hanging kitchen cupboards with dimmable LED strips. New gas stove/oven. There is a chill upstairs patio complete with couch, rug, bamboo decorations, and led tape lights. Enjoy the nature sounds and breeze while not being bitten by mosquitoes thanks to the surrounding netting. bath and 2 bed.\n\nFeatures:Air Conditioning, Patio, Balcony, Cable Internet, Cable TV, Fully Furnished, Heating, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer in Unit, Garbage Disposal, Refrigerator, Wi-Fi
