A large, comfortable king occupies this bedroom with adequate closet space and some out of the way, overhead storage. Marble bathroom floor with tub/shower combo round out this cozy little retreat. There is no washer/dryer available at this unit.
SHOWINGS: All showings are by video tour only to avoid disturbing our tenants.
RENTAL PRICE: $1,550 plus fees
Cleaning Charges: $240 non refundable cleaning fee for a full and reasonable cleaning (3 hrs max)
THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY! There is a $350 cleaning charge if there is smoking in the home.
