This is an older house for rent in Eagle Rock that is 2 bed 1.5 bath with 1200 sq. ft. of living space and a two car garage. There is a back house approximately 30 yards from the rear of the main house and IT IS tenant occupied by a really nice guy.
The house was recently repainted and we will have it cleaned, however, at this current time the owner will not be making anymore updates or changes to the property. The kitchen will remain the same as in the photos as well as the floors throughout the house. There is no central ac/heat. There is a wall heater and a couple of window AC units included with the house.
