The property includes a stacked front-loading washer and dryer. One reserved parking space available for guests use with additional street parking available. Services provided in the rent include: WiFi, gas & electric (monthly cap) and water (monthly cap). No smoking. There is also the possibility of renting the neighboring unit of the duplex simultaneously, subject to availability (inquire with leasing agent). One small pet is permitted with an additional $500 pet security deposit.
The property has easy access to major highways with close proximity to attractions such as LEGOLAND, La Costa Resort and Spa and the Carlsbad Flower Fields.
