Roomy garden-level basement with lots of light, and updated interior. Large, fenced backyard with new sod and space for dogs, and a raised garden in the side yard. House is in the heart of Old Town, blocks to College Ave and Lee Martinez Park. The unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a large kitchen and living room, lots of storage and a built-in book/TV cabinet. There's windows in every room, tall-ish 6ft ceilings, and laminate wood flooring throughout. There's a laundry room in the shared back room, and a shared outdoor storage shed for bikes and gear, and there's off street parking in the back. We live upstairs with our 5 year old son, and 10 year old dog. We're good neighbors and try to give personal space, but totally available when needed.
Renter is responsible for shared utilities expenses each month. We do allow dogs and cats, but any animal would have to meet and get along with our dog, who is extremely relaxed. We don't allow smoking of any kind indoors.
