This location is 2nd to none for ease of access to everything that SW Florida has to offer. This gated and secure community offers a club house that has 2 restaurants, Tiki Bar, Olympic swimming pool, fully furnished exercise area with many machines and free weights, Billiards and a Library. Plus a sports bar for your enjoyment.
You are given full membership with the payment of the one time $350 transfer fee. There are 8 pools located on the property, with one right across the street from your condo. You have access to 10 tennis courts staffed with Tennis Pros and a fully furnished Pro Shop.
The community is in a very quiet area nestled back in along the Manatee River but yet only a couple of miles to I75 so you can easily get to Sarasota, Beaches, Malls, Tampa and everything else that SW and Central Florida have to offer. Our last tenant came for 6 months and stayed 4 years. We live on site and will be happy to take care of any issue or question you might have about the condo.
