Clay Center is a wonderful small community about 35-45 minutes to Manhattan or Junction City and 35 minutes to Fort Riley. We have everything you need for day to day living located right here in town. We built a new water park a several years ago and a playground/park as well. We also have a nice free zoo which has been renovated and rebuilt in 2019/20, public library, private country club and public golf course and many more activities and attractions.
