Residents can relax in their own private room with ample closet space and a built-in desk. Attached to the room is shared bathroom that includes separate storage and vanity areas with a separate shower and lavatory. Additional storage is available for each resident in the front entryway.
Socialize with other residents in the shared space that includes a large and open kitchen, dining, and tv room. The upstairs also boasts a library.
Residents will work with staff to create and maintain a cooperative living agreement.
Rooms are income-restricted. The final rent price will be 30% off the applicant’s income, but not lower than $750. Rent includes ALL utilities. Full size bed will be provided.
