Description

3 Bed 1.5 bath Townhouse Available 8/10 - 3 Bedroom 1.5 Bath Town Home available by 8/10. Current tenants vacate on 7/31 after which the owner will install new carpet upstairs.

New paint, laminate flooring and other updates completed just 2 years ago. No showings until the tenants vacate and flooring installer is finished.

This property has a decent sized, fully fenced back yard and all kitchen appliances including a stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. There are washer/dryer hook-ups and a one car garage + driveway parking. We always re-key our properties in between tenants. The owner added a new roof recently and exterior paint recently. He also supplies a portable AC unit.

We have priced this unit to rent quickly. Owner is okay with one small pet. No showings until 8/5 or 8/6, however, we expect this property will rent sight-unseen prior to that date.

Remaining deposit may be fully refundable if property is left as clean as you receive it and if no damage or tenant maintenance needs resolved. Tenant Maintenance includes things such as burned out light bulbs, dirty furnace filters, unkempt lawn, missing keys/remotes, etc. see Idaho attorney general guidelines for examples of what is considered normal wear and tear vs. damage.
