An easy commute to Cornell and downtown. This two-bedroom apartment is the entire second floor and features an open concept living space.
Upon entering, you’ll find the sunlit living room with two large windows and a built-in bookcase. To the left is a small room, perfect to be used as an office. The kitchen features full-size appliances, lots of counter space, and plenty of storage. Just off the kitchen is a screened-in porch with park views and space for a table and seating. Down the hall is the master bedroom with two large closets, a laundry room with washer/dryer, a bathroom, and a back entrance.
