The 1st bedroom is 12x12, second bedroom measures 10x10ft (For Reference a queen sized bed is 5 foot by 6 foot 8 inches). Both have good sized closets.
Bathroom is very very clean as seen in the photos.
Built in Air Conditioner located in living room.
Laundry has new Speed Queen coin operated washers and dryers located on the 1st floor.
One dedicated off street parking space included in rent with plenty of off street parking available.
Tenant is responsible for Electric only.
Owner pays: heat, water, sewer, trash and recycling.
