2022 Will Be The End Of Summer Vacation Rentals
It will be a SHORT Summer Season beginning on June 5, 2022 and ending on July 17, 2022 - Checking in on Sunday at 5:00pm ~ checking out on Sunday by 10:30am.
July 3, to July 17, 2022 have already been booked.
Vacation Rental costs are: $1,395.00 one week rental $160.00 cleaning fee $600.00 security deposit $2,155.00 -$800.00 security refund $1,555.00 Pets are welcome for an additional charge of $150.00. The house is “socially distanced” with both side yards measuring a good 25’ away from the neighbors, 30' from the front door to the lake and 40’ from the backdoor to the road. Using our high speed wire-less internet service you can easily set up office space on the Sun Porch. The cottage will sleep 14. The large Full Bathroom even holds 14 sets of bath and hand towels! The Half Bathroom is located between Bedrooms 2 and 3. Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1, just off the Kitchen, contains two double size futons. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 both have double beds. The Living Room contains a double sofa bed, as well as a single unfolding ottoman bed. The Sunporch has two queen size pull-out sofa beds and a single unfolding ottoman bed. We provide our guests with bedding and linen. Well equipped Kitchen: Electric stove, refrigerator, stacked washer and dryer, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster, mixer, blender, waffle iron, popcorn popper, crock pot, tea kettle and coffee maker. We also provide dishes, silverware, pots and pans, baking utensils and paper goods for the Weekly rentals only. Monthly rentals starting in August will need to provide their own furniture and utilities.
