Bay Property Management was started ten years ago by Patrick Freeze in Baltimore, Maryland. At first the company only managed single-family houses throughout the Baltimore area, however, shortly after our doors opened we realized there was a massive demand for multi-family management as well. Over the last 10 years Bay Property Management Group has grown to manage over 5500 units throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. Bay Property Management Group employs over 170 people and is actively researching new markets to enter.

The Resident Benefits Package is a voluntary program and may be terminated at any time, for any reason, upon thirty (30)days’ written notice. Tenants that do not upload their own renters' insurance to the Tenant portal 5 days prior to move in will be automatically included in the RBP and the renters insurance program.
