All suites include one direct access parking garage pass and tag. The garage has a direct access, secured hallway from the garage into the base of the Kales building and elevators. Note: Oversized vehicles will not fit in the Grand Circus garage. SUVs and vans do fit but the huge variety and trucks with racks on top will not fit. Your vehicle should be under 6 feet high.
Close to the Grand Circus People Mover Station and Q-line (light rail) stops. The second floor of the building features amenities such as a full fitness center and additional coin full-size laundry (you do have a combo-Euro style W/D in your suite).

Cleaning fee: $175
Pets: $300 fee plus $1/day. Restrictions and pet agreement applies.
