Available now, this rental is a single room (not part of a larger apartment or house) with a private full bath. It makes a great non-commercial office space for anyone that needs a quite place to write or work. It can also be a good place for someone who only needs a place to sleep and is tired of spending money on Air BnB's or hotel rooms. The room has its own entrance off a communal hallway and is surrounded by a few other apartments. Located on West Main Street in the Village of Dryden, on the second floor of the building.



There is no kitchen option, parking is tricky as there is no designated off-street parking lot. Tenants can park on the street, following Village ordinances, or there is a public parking lot a block from the building that is free and available 24/7. There is no laundry in the building, there is a laundromat less than a mile from the building however.



Rent is $395/month and includes all utilities. Cable and internet is not included but the service is available in the apartment. Tenants are responsible for trash tags for trash removal as well. We require references, security deposit and first month's rent. One cat will be considered, with an additional refundable deposit. The apartment is not furnished and is non-smoking.
